DIY: The simple system of LED Light bulbs Combines with the Solar Panels as reading lamp or household lighting (a student in high school can do this). Solar LED home lighting standard. On day, Connect the solar panel to your 12VDC rechargeable battery, Charge outdoor. On night, Disconnect your solar panels and connect the 12V LED bulb to the battery. Your battery can be damaged if you charge it too fast, so don't get a panel that's too big for your battery. And due to the solar panels are expensive per watt. And the 12VDC rechargeable battery is cheap. So you do not need to buy big panel solar. Just buy our small solar panels in series and parallel connections is enough. So that the battery never over charged. I suggest to use our A19 3.6 watt Globe bulbs 12V Operation or MR16,12V, 20 cool white LEDs bulb (or 36 cool white LEDs bulb ,or MR16 5W power LED bulb), Only uses 180mA and gives a compared light output of a 20W style halogen. Buy one small size 12V recharge battery, For example sealed maintenance free 12V-7AH or 12V-3AH. And buy 6pcs of our small solar panel (The output about: 60x80cm 6V/35mA, Or 60X60mm, 4.1V/45mA) series connect each 3pcs solar panels then parallel connections. They will be enough as solar power reading lamp (up to 8 hours lighting but depending on the sun light on day). The another option is buy our 5W Solar Panel. A blocking diode should be provided as part of the electronics, To prevent the reverse flow of current through the solar panel. See circuit diagram below.
